Free shipping & returns.

Shipping Policy

For all purchases, please ensure that the shipping address is correct. We are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you. Before we can ship your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We always endeavor to keep delays to a minimum.
Shipping Times/

Bonfaire’s shipping times vary from designer to designer and from category to category. When you first place your order on Bonfaire, an approximate shipping timeframe will be indicated on the detailed product page. (For example: “Estimated delivery: January/February 2013”)

As we coordinate directly with our designer partners during the manufacturing of your order, we will update you with more specific information on the shipping timeframe.

Once received in our shipping facility here in the United States, we will send you an email letting you know that your order is ready to ship to you. Once shipped, orders are scheduled to arrive within 5–7 business days.

A tracking number will be emailed to you when the order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order.

Shipping Preferences/

Your shipping address can be modified from your Account page.

Shipping Rates, Taxes & Fees/

Bonfaire offers free ground shipping on orders within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). When placing your order, simply select your preferred delivery option on the shipping page before proceeding to purchase.

If you are shipping within the United States, sales tax will be charged on orders shipping to California. This tax will be charged when your order is ready to be shipped to you.

If you are shipping outside the United States on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, all relevant import taxes and duties will be charged when your order is ready to be shipped to you.

If you are shipping outside the United States on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, no taxes or duties will be charged by us. As the recipient, you will be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these amounts will be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Undelivered Packages/

We are not able to reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping address for an order.
