Return Policy
For most products, you will have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return for a full refund.
Returns initiated between 14 and 30 days after you receive your order will be accepted for store credit only.
Returns initiated beyond 30 days from order receipt will not be accepted.
In the case of a refund, the value of the merchandise will be credited back to the original purchaser’s credit card.
For all purchases, please do not dispose of shipping and packaging documentation until you have inspected your items and determined that you will be keeping them.
Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Bonfaire and designer labels and tags still in tact. Returns that are damaged, dirty or altered in any way may not be accepted and may be sent back to you. Where provided, any product documentation, dust bags, leather tags etc, should be included with your return.
All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender if they cannot be identified.
ShoesPlease remember to try on your new shoes in a carpeted area until you are certain you love them and will be keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked, unworn and in their original, undamaged shoe box (along with any provided dust bags and other designer packaging). If shoes are returned without their original box, in a damaged box or with marked soles, they may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.
HandbagsHandbags should be returned unmarked, unused and in their original, undamaged packaging and with all original tags. Any additional pieces (e.g. wristlets, keychains, etc.) that came with the handbag should also be returned in their original condition.
JewelryPlease note that all pierced earrings are final sale and may not be returned. All other jewelry items are subject to the standard Bonfaire return policy.

An RMA number should be requested and your item(s) should be shipped within 14 days of receiving your order in order for you to receive a full refund credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. Returns initiated between 14 and 30 days after receipt of your order will be refunded as store credit.
Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card or to your Bonfaire account and will include shipping costs for faulty items. For all orders sent to a destination within the United States, sales taxes are also refundable.
Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete. This can vary significantly between card issuers, and unfortunately Bonfaire cannot influence this.
All of our items are reviewed and checked for any faults before they are shipped to you. If you do receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately by emailing us at members@bonfaire.com or call us at (800) 445 3094.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure that they are adequately protected during shipping.
We have made every reasonable effort to display as accurately as possible the products that appear on Bonfaire. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
